Do you ever feel like you’re juggling too much and constantly falling short? Maybe you’re
navigating a major life transition, struggling to manage anxiety, or feeling weighed down by self-
doubt. Perhaps your relationships feel strained, or you find yourself caught between wanting to
set boundaries and worrying how others will respond. You might feel stuck, wanting change but
unsure where to begin. Whatever brings you here, you don’t have to go through it alone.
I work with children, teens, adults, and couples who are navigating the messy, complicated, and
very human parts of life: anxiety, self-doubt, relationship struggles, stress, and the echoes of
past experiences. I believe therapy doesn’t have to feel stiff or intimidating. Instead, I want our
sessions to feel like a safe space where you can take a deep breath, show up just as you are,
and know that it’s okay to laugh, cry, or simply say “I don’t know where to start.”
When working with children and families, therapy often involves playing games, colouring, or
using stories to help make sense of big feelings, because growth doesn’t always happen
through “serious talk” alone. Whether we’re laughing, problem-solving, or sitting with tough
emotions, my goal is to create a space that feels safe, genuine, and deeply human.
My therapeutic style is collaborative, compassionate, and down-to-earth. I draw from evidence-
based approaches like CBT, DBT, ACT, and solution-focused therapy, while also grounding my
work in client-centred and humanistic principles. This means I’ll meet you where you are,
honour your lived experiences, and tailor our sessions to what works best for you. Healing isn’t
about “fixing” you, it’s about uncovering your strengths, building new tools, and creating space
for meaningful change.
Therapy with me is a space where you can be real, laugh or cry when you need to, and be
supported without judgment. Life can be heavy enough; therapy doesn’t need to feel clinical or
distant. If you’re ready to feel more grounded, connected, and empowered in your life, I’d be
honoured to walk alongside you.
